Information herein is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. All measurements including lands, designs and houses are approximate. Further verification is advised.

Agents & Property Owners

By listing property on this website you agree to the following:

• You are personally responsible for listed properties;
• You are either the owner of the listed property or have direct instruction from the owner to act on his/her behalf;
• You have personally verified all information and claim about the property and you confirm them to be true;
• You are personally liable to any falsehood or fraud regarding your claims;
• You promise to corporate with Landbrok and her members of staff in the marketing and convenient inspection of your listed properties;
• You accept that if it is later discovered that any information regarding your listed property is wrong and Landbrok has already acted on it, that you are liable to damages to Landbrok and any Landbrok’s client who have incurred loss as a result of your claim/s;
• You also agree that if you at any point refuse to corporate further with Landbrok in the course of marketing the listed property you are liable in damages to Landbrok for every loss incurred by Landbrok as a result of your lack of cooperation;
• You completely indemnify Landbrok and her members of staff of liabilities regarding your listings.
• You undertake to provide the best services to all users of the Landbrok platform and to treat all clients with courtesy.
• You undertake not to commit fraud against any client or willfully and knowingly mislead clients with false information.
• You undertake to hold Landbrok and her parent company blameless and fully indemnified of all loses and consequences arising from your failure to observe all terms and conditions for using the Landbrok platform.
• You understand and accept that the Landbrok Team has every right to blacklist my company and entitled to carry out any sanctions against you for breaching any of the Landbrok terms and conditions and that remaining on the Landbrok platform after this email, you understand that constitutes full acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
• You undertake not to demand for any fee/commission from the buyer of the property.
• At closure you undertake to fund the cost of:

1. FREE comprehensive property insurance cover for the property from AXA Mansard Insurance Plc in favour of the purchaser of the property.
2. FREE instant life cover from AXA Mansard Insurance Plc in favour of the purchaser of the property with a sum assured of N1,000,000 (One Million Naira).

However, you are advised to retain the services of relevant professionals to reconfirm all claims before purchase. Landbrok does not accept responsibilities for failure to personally cross check and verify information contained on any part of this website. In all claims by advertiser/sellers or on any part of this website, please contact us for further verifications.

Landbrok for itself and as agent for the vendor or lessor (as appropriate) gives notice that:
